Most of us are familiar with using cucumber to reduce eye puffiness and an egg white mask to tighten the skin. You may just have a beauty salon in your backyard (or a visit to the market will do too). Here’s a list of veggies, herbs and fruits to add to your diet ..... err, facial!
Avocado Moisturises and nourishes skin, provides natural oil for dry skin. Rich in vitamin E which is a great skin food.

Kaffir Lime Leaves Helps with circulation and soothing respiration.
